Here's a sweet little video (just under 2 minutes) from Beth at wildgooseberrydotcom showing how to alter/recover a ring binder journal.
Revamp the cover, use cheap files for the pages - magic! and now you can use some of Traci's journalling ideas too (video in the post below).
I just adore YouTube (sigh...)

I'm sorry to have to put Captcha back on - I know how annoying it it is - but I'm getting targeted by spammers again.
Hi Susie! I like this! I have a cookbook/scrapbook put together, that I hope Ashley or Shayne will want to keep and pass down someday, but it is in a 3-ring binder that is nothing special AT ALL! I would love to pretty-it-up a bit, when I can make the time! Thanks for sharing this! ((hugs)) ~tina
ReplyDeleteTina - I must have instinctively known you needed this! Wish I'd seen it before I tore all my pages out (spiral bound) which means I don't have enough paper left to punch holes in.
ReplyDeleteSusie -
ReplyDeleteThanks for the video. I am going to have to try this myself!

Wow!!! I just saw this link to my little video! I'm so glad someone in the world besides my mama thinks I did a good job, hee hee. I'm also glad that it's helping other dear souls create their own journals.
ReplyDeleteThank you for making my day!
